NSCC Singapore strives for products and services with the highest levels of security and reliability.

NSCC welcomed a delegation from the Ministry of Digital Development and Information (MDDI) and the National Research Foundation (NRF) to the ASPIRE 2B Data Centre, home to Singapore’s newest and most powerful national supercomputer. The visit focused on understanding NSCC’s Strategic Resource Allocation Policy and how we are supporting Singapore’s research ecosystem amid emerging trends, including the growing demand for AI-intensive workloads.
The visit began with a guided tour of the ASPIRE 2B data centre, where the delegation gained a closer look at the infrastructure that nearly quadrupled Singapore’s national GPU capacity while strengthening the national HPC ecosystem with enhanced support for integrated workflows and future hybrid quantum-classical computing.
Following the tour, NSCC hosted a strategic discussion on our infrastructure, capabilities and long-term roadmap. Mr Bernard Tan, Director of Planning, Development & Business, shared insights into historical and emerging workload trends, user demand and projected GPU requirements, before concluding with NSCC’s strategic direction and future plans.
