NSCC Singapore participated in the Healthcare AI (HAI) Symposium 2025 held on 22 August at One Farrer Hotel. The event brought together more than 200 delegates from healthcare, research, policy, and industry to exchange ideas on how artificial intelligence is transforming healthcare. The symposium featured a full-day programme of keynote lectures, panel discussions, and showcases on topics ranging from generative AI in digital health and advanced surgical imaging to biophotonics technologies and the real-world adoption of MedTech.
A highlight of the event was the inaugural Healthcare Innovation Pitch Challenge, where startups presented pioneering AI-driven healthcare solutions to a panel of judges comprising leaders from industry, investment and research. NSCC Singapore’s Chief Executive, Dr Terence Hung, served as a member of the judging panel and presented prizes of GPU hours on the current national HPC infrastructure to the winning teams. These resources will provide innovators with the computational capacity to accelerate their work, bridging the gap between promising concepts and real-world healthcare impact.
