NSCC Singapore strives for products and services with the highest levels of security and reliability.

NSCC welcomed representatives from Digital Industry Singapore (DISG) to the NSCC i4.0 Data Centre, home to Singapore’s ASPIRE 2A and ASPIRE 2A+ supercomputers, to learn more about Singapore’s national High Performance Computing (HPC) infrastructure and establish shared strategies to strengthen the broader technology ecosystem.
Executive Director of NSCC, Dr Terence Hung, formally opened the event with his Welcome Address, which reflected on NSCC’s 100-fold growth in compute capacity over the last 10 years, outlining our mission to become a trusted strategic partner that not only advances Singapore’s high performance computing (HPC) infrastructure, but also empowers our users to drive the future of innovation for the nation.

During the visit, delegates toured the data centre to experience firsthand the advanced compute capabilities and technologies powering the facility. Discussions focused on broadening access to national compute infrastructure, including how NSCC can support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and start-ups in scaling their AI initiatives and remaining globally competitive.
DISG also shared insights on the evolving compute landscape across Singapore’s growing venture landscape. The engagement concluded with strategic dialogue around deep-tech integration for Multinational Corporations (MNCs), identifying high-impact areas for future collaboration to ensure businesses of different scales can leverage Singapore’s supercomputing capabilities to lead in a rapidly shifting AI landscape.
